Recent Flooding
Well folks, recently the Pike, KY and Mingo, WV counties suffered from some major flooding. Roadways, homes, and personal possessions have been destroyed by the raging waters. Due to the flooding, Cornerstone Apostolic Church was unable to their annual Mother's Day Celebration. This celebration was to be the largest to date, but had to be cancelled. Also, we had to cancel service for Sunday Morning, and Sunday Evening on Mother's Day. Well, just take this day and spend it with familyand call it Family Night. Everybody have a safe and happy Mother's Day.
The roads are still hazardous, so when travelling be careful to stay away from the edges of the roadwasys where under-cutting has taken place.
